1.   Restaurant Stakeout:                Wednesday nights at 10pm/9c

Premiere chef Gordon Ramsay spices up the tenth season of Hell's Kitchen with 18 new competitors. These aspiring restaurateurs will brave Ramsay and his fiery command of the kitchen as he once again puts the competitors through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win the life-changing grand prize: a head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Steak in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas, NV.

5.   Kitchen Nightmares-

Chef Gordon Ramsay returns for a fourth season as he treks across the country to help fledgling restaurants turn their luck and their businesses around. Award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay, restaurateur Joe Bastianich and acclaimed chef Graham Elliot return for Season Three of the culinary smash hit MASTERCHEF.   This season will feature contestants from all walks of life representing 23 states - including a stock broker, a professional opera singer, an emergency physician, a food photographer, a plastic surgeon, as well as the first blind cook to enter the competition - all with the hopes of turning their culinary dream into a reality. The hopefuls will prepare their signature dish and present them to the distinguished MASTERCHEF judging panel:

Spike's hit original series Bar Rescue is looking all over the country for candidates to have their bar rescued by the one and only Jon Taffer, one of the country's top restaurant and bar consultants. With each venue, Taffer and his team of experts delve into every business facet of running a bar, from creating a profitable drink/food menu, to music selection, to managing crowds.

9.    Travel network: Hotel Impossible
Anthony Melchiorri-Melchiorri brings his expertise as the “hotel fixer” to Travel Channel’s new original series- Sunday evenings.
