The Advanced section of the Portfolio Center is geared towards students who are nearing the end of their coursework and who are exploring and advancing their technical and marketing skills as applied to the final graduate portfolio.

This section introduces various types of portfolios, including PDF portfolios, flat portfolios, and web portfolio presentations.

This section also introduces resources geared towards helping you with a job search process. It includes a list of journals, magazines, online forums and blogs, and provides steps for generating an interview. It also discusses legal issues of which graphic designers should be aware, such as copyright, trademark, and work laws.

In combination with a portfolio class, you should be now prepared to present your portfolio to prospective employers, and to begin an exciting journey in your career as a graphic designer!
