Title: How to Create Rounded Edges and Corners using FILLET on 3-D objects
Post by: snowak on September 29, 2016, 09:44:19 pm
At times you may want to create a rounded corner, rather than a square corner, for objects such as countertops, furniture, or even walls....

This tutorial shows how to use the 3-D FILLET command. Just like using FILLET in 2-D, you can set a radius and then execute the command to create a rounded edge...

TIP: As with any of your 3-D tools/modeling, it is a good idea to save a copy of the objects you are  working with as "spare parts" first, before you FILLET, UNION, SUBTRACT or use INTERSECTION, off to the side of your drawing, so you can use them again if needed!
