If you need assistance with the Help Forum, please contact Chris P. and Leslie W. (send an email addressed to both) as they are co-coordinating the Help Forum. They will get back with you soon. Thanks!

Notes for checking the Help Forum: http://screencast.com/t/OjzvKZwD

When checking into the Help Forum, it is important to check the site in the following order:

1st Show unread posts since last visit.
2nd Show new replies to your posts.
3rd There are ___ members awaiting approval.

If you select "There are ___ members awaiting approval" first, it cancels out the Unread Posts and New Replies post as it requires you re-enter your password and resets the pages.

Aside from checking Unread and New Replies through these links, it is important to scroll down the page to see what posts you may not have seen before.

When you see a number for the members awaiting approval, please be cautious and review the account information of the user before approving. Never approve @mail.ru, @yandex.com, @sina.com, @___.ru, @___.pl, anything that looks like a sales account or multiple users from the same IP address unless they have an @stu.aii.edu address (these might be from a campus-based computer lab).

Here is a quick video for viewing the Ban List so you have an idea of types of accounts to ban:
