Problem opening file in adobe reader
« on: March 11, 2013, 02:06:02 pm »
This is what I am getting when I am trying to open my lesson file.
Adobe Reader could not open Lesson02_Complete.prproj because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example,it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

Please if anyone can help. I downloaded my lesson from the peachpit site.

I believe a .prproj file is for Premiere. You wouldn't be able to open in Adobe Reader. You should try opening it in Premiere instead.

Yes, prproj stands for Premiere Project, which is a project file from Adobe Premiere Pro. You can either double click the icon (which should open with Premiere by defualt) or you can launch the Premiere application and then click "open project" and browse to the file to open it.

Hope this helps! :)
